You do make a good point, however, especially if you can see that that person is online.

There have also been a few examples recently of those sites (also normally posted by one person) where the site admins have requested no details being ignored / unknown by jump-in posters.

Oh, when it comes down to it, kipper's point a short while ago about them all being open to all sticks for me, but there is obvious discourtesy sometimes.

If you KNEW without a doubt that someone did the same comps each week would you try jump in if it's not posted within say 24 hours or is it just me getting a bit peeved for nothing?

I think tbh although I wouldn't do it myself, the forum is so much bigger than it was a year ago, that it's not really surprising - look at cat's ITV ones - people used to jump in there after 24 seconds, never mind 24 hours!!

I think Kipper lost nearly all her comps as other people started trying to beat her to posting them - seems to be just a free for all now. In some ways it's good as there are probably more comps posted than there used to be, but it does make it harder to have your own regular comps

Why are people getting narked with you Toni? I try and ping back to people who send me them but sometimes its impossible if you get a pd entry and have no parcels left (as now). I wouldn't worry about it, why do all these long running comps seem to end in jealousy and sniping

Oh no, I didn't take it as a dig at all, you misunderstand me.

I now see that - after a search - she does most of them, so maybe I should stand corrected here.

It was the immediacy of the post that shocked me a bit.

As with the Match! comps, I'll leave them alone for - as you say - a day, if not touch them at all.
