I've been entering a RCB comp weekly - nominate your ultimate rock album to win a digital radio. When I went to enter this week, I saw I was listed as having my album picked for this week meaning they play tracks every day. Just been listening online to double check as they haven't contacted me. Deffo the album I picked and they mentioned my name a few times, and then said why not email your album in and you too could win a new radio. Will email them now I can say I heard them play my album and say my name!! :rotfl::rotfl:
*Disclaimer* In case anyone spots the site it is NOT my real ultimate album, but a platinum selling one with lots of singles on it that I thought they could play every day:rotfl::rotfl:
Doh!! that's where I've been going wrong! My this weeks choice was Thin Lizzy - Live and Dangerous :rotfl::rotfl:That ain't working! That's the way to do it, money for nothing and TV's for free0 -

YupDon't worry I won't tell if you pay me in Lush :rotfl::rotfl:
Truthfully, I'm not sure as I usually recognise names and I didn't this morning, but I certainly remember the album that was on there this morning :rotfl:That ain't working! That's the way to do it, money for nothing and TV's for free0 -

ah dhl, ups, parcel force, the late postie, argos vans, etc:D they are all lovely when bringing me parcels:D
edit, dhl often bring me samples to test from ipsos, valued opinions, lightspeed, givedean and the one we are not allowed to mention that pays in lucheon vouchers and paypal moneyto be updated:;)0 -
Wokkies, I so agree with you over the people on Freecycle. I seldom venture onto ours now as am sick of the number of people who are looking for a spare washing machine or three seater leather sofa (brown only).
I gave some kids clothes away and the woman was really convincing by email, her brother was in need etc etc. When she turned up she looked like a trader with a van, said it belonged to her work at a garage! My a***! Try to give to people I know now or take to the recycling centre.
I have only won four Lush since the beginning and nothing of the new stuff - I hope this weekend is my lucky one. Glad for the stuff I got today though, the kitchen smells lovely as it is sat there in its' box :jBut there are dreams that cannot be,and there are storms we cannot weather!0
