easter, that's great news
I've just been on the phone to AOL. Moving house, was gonna cancel. Yesterday they offered me an upgrade for a £5p/m discount. Went mooching on MSE today and found peopel were getting abotu a £10p/m discount, so phoned back, rather ranty. Nice woman tells me thats on my current number, not the new one, but just to make me stay, they're keeping my contract as "non-existant" so i can cancel whenever, and also giving me a month's credit, so my first month after the move is free so I can decide what I'm doing then! and they will reassess me when I've moved, and hopefully will get me the £9.99 rate!
