I use CClean and its fine, but it does clean all your passwords etc so make sure you have a record. Another good one is superantispyware - which cleans up a lot of spyware.

Use roboform Redbull - then no need to worry bout losing passwords
I find AVG just about same as Norton after first scan - plus ITS FREE lol
