good point feel very tierd though - cup of tea and bed I think - this dieting is MUCH harder with a child to look after hard not having any energy just got to get through the first week and I will be ok - gym tomorrow def back is much better - will plan my meals better next week too - ordered my shopping before I decided to start ww this week - anyway babbling now I will leave
