OH beat me at badminton again, but I think I gave a good fight and certainly burnt a few calories in the process. Then made fajitas for tea which were yummy.

RCB thinking about your brother and sil - glad they are being philosophical about it and hope they can bring themselves to cope with it. I'm sure when it's right it will happen for them.

Busy few days ahead... graduation tomorrow :) then a conference for work in Derby on Thursday. Got Friday off though yay! :) See you soon.

went to fat club tonight 17lb over my goal weight - adjusted goal weight so 1stone to lose not too bad I am blaming the ivf tmt (oh and the tubs of maltesers:o oh and the quality street) going to buy the monthly pass so it makes me go - can't do it at home though printer still not working do it a work tomorrow

is there anyone out there following ww can't find in any of the stuff I got today about how many points I get for body comabt is it still the same as a few years ago (not that I did body combat then)

I'll probably wake up in the middle of the night and want to turn pc on to do todays dailies but wont do them just dream about doing them, lol, all children tucked up in bed for the night:ophew till tomorrow

My daughter knows that I check her laptop to see what she has been doing, also do look when she is on there, she did try to complain once but I said that she want her computer this is how it is.
She is also not allowed to put photos on the web either, you never know where they are being posted.
I am paranoid about it as well.

It's bloody annoying that I go to the Lush parcel page, see that there has been a parcel there for an hour, and then the notification lights up (even if I've refreshed the page from Home, it doesn't show until I get there).

How come, if the draw is each Monday, have I still got 82 entries? What am I doing wrong? Does this happen to others?

Oh, and can anyone link me to that application on fbook that tells you who is live but not on chat - chat drives me bonkers when I'm decorating / comping / doing other things, so I never use it. Would be useful to have.

It's such a difficult one for parents - I think that it is really important to remember that these perverse events are rare; however, a serious sit-down and calm chat can never do any harm. Neither can checking the kid's school's policy on educating pupils about the dangers and etiquette about these things. You'd be amazed how many times I've turned a PC off in the classroom, or even had a pupil's access rights removed, for being on the wrong site in the classroom.
