Play customer services?

I bought a phone from Play before early December, it was supposed to have free speakers with it but arrived without.
I have phoned their customer services several times about this - each time on the 0845 number and been on hold for ages each time. They say it has gone through to their warehouse and they might be looking for some spare speakers to send out.
I just got off the phone to them agaion and their advice was to wait until Monday and if they haven't been sent by then I should ring back.
Where do I stand on this? Is there any other way of getting in touch with them other than the 0845 number? THe woman on the phone said she thought there was an email address but didn't know it!
It seems as if the customer servies dept has nothing to do with the warehouse and have no idea whats going on!
