I know you are not a financial advisor, but you really need to understand that people come on here and look for such advice. Looking at your post count you obviously have a large input, therefore they may well take your recommendations on board.
I was merely trying to point out that any suggestion to secure and unsecured debt onto a mortgage in the current climate is financial suicide.
i) Mortgage payments go up
ii) Equity in property goes down
iii) Any MPPI/IP policies would also go up with increased mortgage payments
iv) When time of RM comes around, a much larger amount of loan needds to be secured, thsi may not be possible with equity/income issues.
Really not ahving a dig, just think sometimes you need to realise that people who post on here really do listen to what is suggested.0 -
