Hi Folks,
Just as the title states, can someone who is declared bankrupt or who is on a DMP themselves be allowed to buy the BI in another persons property?

Short Answer - Yes
Long Answer - if positive equity then OR may wonder where they were getting the money from if BR, but again would depend on the value.0
