Superdrug have some fab sets of handcream and nailfiles in either lavender or rose for £0.49. I think I'm going to do these for the 'older' ladies and I've got some urban decay lib balms for £0.75 each from a local market stall.
For the men I'm a bit stumped!

If you miss this, for my favours, I've been hunting round all shopping centres, boots, perfume shop, department stores etc, asked for all the mens aftershave and ladies perfume samples that I can, (think the little bottles are called vials?) and attached them to a piece of mint choc (this is personalised with our colour scheme, date and names), then tied together with bit of curling ribbon and looks quite good actually! Takes a bit of time hunting round but worth it in the end

Hi Little Miss Messiah

I live in York and sometimes work in Selbly so maybe our paths have crossed in Boots - my favourite shop!! On sale day i tried all the shops in York except MC for these as i wanted them for my favours too - couldn't get them so hoping .com comes back on with the sale soon!! Anyway not getting married til 2010 so next year i hope i'll be ready!! Wanted whiskey for then men too so i think i'll be staying up til 3am for lots of nights next year!!!

I've managed to find some for the chaps too - Boots were £18 for 4 and they didn;t go in the sale, Argos have some but you've never heard of the fragrances - Bobbed in Lloyds pharmacy on the offchance (no joy in savers or Bodycare) and got sets of 5 mini aftershaves for 11.75 - Balenciaga , Ferrari (?), Hugo Boss, CK one and POlice i think - a bit dearer than the ladies ones at £2.35 each, but still, another tick off the list
