Deep joy this am I found the fiver that I lost :j :j :j It had slipped out of my pocket at home. (found it when tidying up last night) It feels like winning a prize.

So today I have/will

• posted on here - this is a great help, it does focus my mind and I have to do it because I've told you I will (such as making a loaf last night and not spending)
• brought in packed lunch (HM bread ) HM Graze box
• cancelled Graze officially, rather than "cancel next box"
• NSD - 4th this week.
• Not counting the presents (budgeted for) in the 75% off sale at Boots.:money:
• managed to work out a meal for tonight using stuff from the freezer - and my new Remoska
• did a few surveys
• will look for MS's - I've not done ANY successfully this year

hi all. Got a long list today - I am feeling motivated

- [strike]measure for plywood bath panel[/strike] done
- email some friends for help/equipment to do some odd jobs around house
- price/find out about hiring a skip
- start stripping the bathroom
- freecycle to ask for paving slabs/fensing
- check out gumtree
- quidco clicks
- [strike]check online banking[/strike] same sorry sight as always
- deposit £10 virgin bingo to get started on the daily scratchies
- list all the gardening jobs needing done
- text friend to see if she wants the tree from my garden
- take 2 bags clothes to charity shop
- put the christmas tree in the attic
- finish debt letters
- contact HA that owns the other 3 in my block to check i can make a new path in the garden
- [strike]storecupboard lunch/tea[/strike] done
- [strike]email friends regarding putting on a celebration lunch for my DD on Sun[/strike] done
- [STRIKE]dry washing on radiators when they are on[/STRIKE] doing
- write cheques for the end of the month
- update spends so far in spreadsheet
- [strike]only work my contracted hours today (done loads unpaid overtime this week)[/strike] going home now - only an extra hour worked tonight
-[STRIKE] take chicken out freezer for weekend[/STRIKE] done
- enter 10 comps
- check out the freebies
- book hair appointment (prob only for DD as cant afford mine yet)
- book holiday off work in 2 weeks to go collect the pup

And so we shall see how well it goes!

- contact council to get more breathing time for outstanding c tax payment
- post sold book
- go and get bookshelves to get my stock sorted and ready to be sold

- do some paid freelance work
- tidy away clean washing
- if time and/or energy check lightsp**d for surveys

Today I have/will:

-Look for more mystery shops
-Bagged myself an interview for Monday yesterday :j. Arranged it for Monday as suppose to be working Sat half day and therefore have half day Monday, now being told that may not happen so don't know if to be upfront with them or throw a sickie (If I throw a sickie I can also do the mystery shop I have planned for Monday if not I will have to cancel it, any advice pleeeeaaassee)
-Check online banking
-Transfer money to ISA
-Make myself sell a Wii game to Cex
-Surveys
-Didn't get anything for lunch from boyfriends today so will have to buy something, will probably buy soup as that will be cheapest under a pound.
-Add more things on to here
-Just found a £5 note in my purse! Thought I only had coins! Wohoo! :j

Morning all, I'm posting earlier than usual for me as DS is poorly so I'm at home looking after him (ex OH coming to mind him this afternoon so I can go into work). Still feeling a bit down so not much again for me today

Today I have/will:

post here to keep me on track
- Arrange for HIP to be cancelled once it runs out, and take house off market - not worth another £300 to keep it on when nothing's happening :mad: rang them - apparently I'm a div and read it wrong - don't need to pay again so leaving house on the market but need to find a new Estate agent that isn't useless!
- daily scratchcard - 10p :rolleyes:
- try and book car in for low cost MOT done
- enter at least 10 comps just off to do now (10.15pm)
- check freebies and grabbits boards just off to do now (10.15pm)
- sign up for free NVQ through work
- post two play.com sales done
- if ex OH gets here in time, will have free lunch at work, otherwise will be storecupboard lunch had it :-)
- storecupboard tea had choc from xmas as couldn't be bothered
- bingoporting this evening
- Quidco clicks done

Morning all, late start for me today - had a nice long lie

Well, I got the yukky news that many off us in work are being made redundant, so Saturday will probably be my last day I sort of knew it was coming, an d have been half-heartedly looking for jobs, but it still sucks to actually hear it officially Stupid recession... :mad:

So, first on my list today is job hunting I guess!
Hoping to get lots done today, though it's such a miserable day I don't feel like getting out of my pyjamas at all haha!

Anyway, here goes:

• look for and apply to at least 3 jobs
• tidy living room and polish TV unit (keep putting it off, and the dust won't get off it - I polish and polish ans it just jumps back on! )
• post letter
• do daily scratch card
• look out some more items to go on Ebay and take their pictures
• list 5 of the items
• take dog up to mum and dads to visit for a hour (if I can drag myself out in the cold!)
• do any available surveys
• get up to £5.00 on STP - keep meaning to do this, but I nly do a few songs each time and get fed u haha!
• go into town and pick up bread and nothing else (hopefully! :rolleyes: )
• clean out fridge
• wash dishes
• lots of laundry to do - hopefully get 4 washes done and squeezed onto airers to dry
• clean bathrrom properly (including shower (yuk!)
• try to get 2 reviews done
• check freecycle and email woman back regarding freecycled items
• half an hours exercise - probably on Wii Fit
• enter 10 comps

That's all so far - no doubt will add to this list though... :rolleyes:

morning all!

didn't do much yesterday but i hope to achive a lot today!

- enquired about cavity wall and loft insulation
- paid £60 off credit card
- finding paperwork to proved oh left previous house in august - council tax have sent him a demand with court fees??? :mad:
- go to post office and chemist (didn't do yesterday)
- draft up letter to scottish hydro who will not accept less than £50 a month for an ancient bill - spoke to them yesterday and offered £20 a month but they won't budge :mad: . bill is only for about £400 but with oh going into hospital i dare not agree to £50 and then default on it.....
- still no word on job - i hate not knowing...

so all in all a little bit grumpy today but hope to get things sorted soon
