  • Does anyone know what their policy is on returns? I purchased dress in store last week & notice it has been reduced by a further £15-Can I take it back for a refund and then re-buy it? Thanks

Be careful, as I bought a lot of stuff last year from Jane Norman for my wife and the stitching quality was not the best.

    * Both a cardigan and a jumper had "missing stiches" which started as small holes on seams but soon become big holes.

    * All three dresses had good double stitching on main seams but only single thred stitching on the hems and very close to the edge. One of the dresses the hem was not stitched correctly onto the dress... it was plainly visible... just bad stitching.

Dunno... it may just be a bad batch of clothing I got delivered???

Also to be aware, Jane Norman will not accept returns instore... just credit-note at the existing selling price... although you could probably use the "distance selling regulations" if buying online.

does anyone know how generous/skimpy Jane Norman are with their sizing pleae? I've never bought anything from them before and as I'm usually 'between sizes' it's goofd to know whether it's better to go up or down a size.
