A Little Help

i have kept and enodowment policy going for a few years after my ex-partner and i spilt...i contacted the Norwich Union and requested a 'deed of assignment' form which they sent.....that was then sent to her solicitors and they passed it the thier client.....

then i waited.......for a while...!!!

after a year they sent a letter stating that they have not heard from thier client for over a year and that they are now not advising her anymore and that if i wish to contact her i should do it myself.

i have tried at her last known address and reluctantly through some of her relatives...but with no results.

what do i now need to do in order to cash the policy....???

if i need to get a solicitor, is it a fairly easy job for them to do or are they going to sting me ???

Best Wishes

Pete
