I went into the chemist and asked for a packet of condoms....the lady said to me sorry sir but we have sold out , have you tried Boots she said......No thanks i would like to slide in not march in i said !!!

why oh why do people pay for condoms when you can get them free??? There is a wide selection available now - its like pick and mix ..all the best!! KY too ..its money saving sense ..even if you want more than the 30 allowed per month (!) you can both get 30...if you need more than 60 ..have you got time to order them or go and get them !!!

Right you are sarahlouise, I agree! Why do people still buy them?
They are FREE at the local Family Planning clinic, just find out where your local one is. Plus there is always one within the area that do evening surgery.
I picked up 24 this week. Normally its only 12 per week.
Quite often its the same staff in different clinics, which is funny. They always ask my date of birth (that's all they ask), but never if they are for me.
I have been picking them up on and off for 15yrs.................they must just think I'm very busy!
I get them for my 2 sons, out of habit (they don't even live at home now), as when they were young teenagers I was scared to death of them catching something or worse having a child themselves. So instead of buying them, got them at FP and left them laying around where they could get them.
We did have an alarming time once, our youngest son (about 13 at the time), took about 30 in one go.
His dad sat down to explain his concerns at using so many. Our son just kept quiet about it.
Turned out he'd taken them to school and used them as water bombs, throwing them off the roof at playtime!

ooooohhhh Lilaclillie .. in our area you are only allowed 30 per month ..you ,however,can get 12 per week ...48 per month! It amazes me that people do not just get them from family planning..as you say..no questions asked and totally free! This includes both male and female condoms and spermicides.
