Hey,
My shared ownership mortgage is with HSBC - if you ring their call centre they will be able to quote for you. I have a 3.88% tracker. Before this I was with Abbey who also accept s/o mortgages. I dont think is something the websites really make mention of so you will prob have to speak with the lenders directly or a mortgage advisor0 -

We're with the Leeds. Their website is fully self-explanatory for SO mortgages. HTH0

I got mine through Nationwide - it was by far and away the best deal at the time and they are one of the few to do shared ownership. I went to mortgage advisors - but got the best deal just by ringing up myself!0

Hi , we're with kent reliance who've won a few awards for shared ownership. We're on a variable rate and they've honoured every rate cut in full so far, unlike many other lenders. Our current rate is 2.75%
Found the customer service excellent and can overpay without penalty
Very happy with them. MANAGED TO CLEAR A 3K OVERDRAFT IN ONE FRUGAL, SUPER CHARGED MONEY EARNING MONTH!:j
£10 a day challenge Aug £408.50, Sept £90
