Also Tesco have already charged my card?Does this mean they have to supply item.What are my rights?

I read Section 3 of the Tesco T&Cs as saying you wont be charged until the order is dispatched, so if they have charged you they must have decided to entertain the contract and failed to dispatch the contracted goods.-=Mr-J=-0
