working from home - what can i claim?

in Cutting tax
i work for a corporate but am field or home based, can i claim for any of the costs associated with running my home? if so any idea where i can find out what and how i do it?

you should be able to claim for "use of room" which is an estimate to cover this sort of expense .0

Use of home claim:
Normal accepted method :
Count number of rooms on your house (excluding bathrooms).
Add costs of rates, ground rent, heating and electricity and apportion for actual number or rooms used in the course of your business. Be reasonable.0
