Hiya i just wanted to know we spoke to mortgage company yesterday to tell them we are handing keys back and that we are BR they had just recieved notification from OR anyway mortgage co said they would send forms out am i right in thinking these are the forms we should NOT sign ???

Don't sign anything, just send the keys back with a letter saying you are vol repo'ing the house. Send it recorded so it is trackable and you can see who signed for it.

Nope - don't sign a thing. They will try and scare you with threats of pursueing you for shortfalls etc but at the end of the day the BR process will safeguard you.
I would also post keys as opposed to handing them in (this may be what you meant). In person, they might try and harass you into signing something but by post, they can't. If you do post, post by recorded mail.
When you move, I would also suggest not leaving a forwarding address - oh, and changing your phone number is also a good idea!!
