8 weeks since BK, no interview?

Hello there, I went BK on the 19th November and I have not heard anything from it. No interview, letter, phonecall or anything. I had a 5 min chat with a lady on the day over the phone, who just asked about my bank account and that was it. Its not that I want the interview (I am dreading it) but I am a bit stuck on what to do about my car on HP that Ford are taking me too court about on the 20th. I dont know that even if my Dad paid off the remaining debt on it, whether the OR would let me keep it, or whether he would then make me sell it. I know I should ring them, but I really cant do it
and in a way, i dont want to speed anything up. I know this is a silly attitude, but just cant do it. Is it normal to wait this long, and what would you guys advise about the car? thanks.. Louise

I don't know about the car Louise but it's not normal to wait so long for an OR interview. You might not want to speed it up but you don't want to drag it out either. Get it over and done with. It's got to happen eventually and probably won't be as bad as you fear.0

Louise,
Bearing in mind that one of the first questions the OR office asked me after I was declared BR was if there were any imminent legal proceedings or urgent issues that they needed to deal with?
I think that is what you have got here - you need to ring the OR office and draw their attention to the court proceedings on the 20th and get them to pull their finger out.
Good Luck
