They gave me my prescription no problems, which I was relieved about. Although no PD measurement is written anywhere. the pd measurement is part of the dispensing process and therefore not part of the prescribed prescription Is the anti-reflective coating worth paying extra for? The anti reflective coating is good especially for night driving and driving in bright conditions or using your glasses in situations where there will be a lot of glare - may be worth it if your computer is a glass screen. the anti reflection coat is clearer and therefore more cosmetically appealing as it does not reflect back white light reflections

There is one thing I'm confused about... I was looking at glasses on one website and it says

"If you need glasses for driving and/or watching TV, choose the ‘distance’ line.
-Buying a pair for using a computer, reading music, or watching TV? Choose ‘intermediate.'
    - For glasses needed for reading or close-up work of any kind, choose the ‘near’ line."

Well the optician said to me to wear my glasses when I'm reading and writing or when on the computer, but my prescription is written in the "Distance" row. Is this normal? :pTV is distance (unless you sit about 20 inches from the screen!) however if you need a seperate prescription for reading and intermediate (ie stronger then distance prescription) there will be a seperate reading and intermediate add written on the prescription in this case you will need to enter the whole prescription and choose what you will be using the glasses for - in this case the suppliers will make up the prescription with the appropriate add added on (sometimes a reading prescription is written seperatly in long hand and includes the add. if your prescription is written on the distance part of the form only then this is fine and you have a small distance prescription that the optician is only recomending for reading and computer

    hope this has helped.
