Hi All,
I just have a couple of questions about bankruptcy:
1. Does the OR only look into bank accounts that are currently open, or do they look into historic bank accounts?
2. Are my spouses bank accounts and finances looked into by the OR?

2. Are my spouses bank accounts and finances looked into by the OR?not unless they are going bc too
