Hi guys - well everythings sorted had to briefly see the judge and answer a few questions but they were so nice to me - had a teary moment as the lady was expalining I may be called in to see the judge (just because things been building up and worrying etc) I wasnt given the time and date of or appointment today as their computers were down so their going to post details on to me. Checked phone once got home and no messages from creditors yet (theirs still a few hours to go today yet though) -
Do I just wait for the phone calls from the creditors or send them letters with the details?

    Well done miaoww and Congrats.
The OR notifies the creditors in due course but if you want to you can notify them. It may stop some of the hassle.
I actually photocopied my BO and sent a copy to each of my creditors. I have only had one call.

planned to help my mum spend some of her money she came with me earlier but I dropped her back home so she could go to a friends funeral with my dad

relaxing a little with dd until ahve to collect ds from school in a bit then the peace and quiets gone til bed time - I will be having my can of strongbow ive saved since xmas later though

Its strange but still wondering if ive done the right thing in my heart - I know from my head that I have and there was no alternate but when the judge asked if I was sure and do i understand the implications etc I almost said no!
could imagine what state id be in know if I had - had to clarify a few things to him as I think he may of just briefly scanned my docs as had to explain about loss o f job , reduced income, negative equity and amount owing to creditors he said it didnt seem like much!? (prob isnt if your on their wages! - £495 for 1 hours work?)
anyway - all sorted at last
