    Ticket Terms and Conditions

In addition to the National Rail Conditions of Carriage, the following conditions apply:
    • The offer is only available to holders of the appropriate number of tokens. These must be taken on the journey for inspection on the train. If you are unable to present the tokens when requested, you will be liable to pay the balance of the full fare for the journey. This applies to each ticket booked under the offer.
    • A set of tokens can only be used for one return journey. If you plan to use this offer more than once, you will need a complete set of tokens for each return journey you make.
    • Bookings must be made at least seven days in advance of outward travel. Once a booking is made, no refunds or changes will be allowed. There are no child, Railcard or other promotional discounts available with this offer. Under 5s travel free if they do not occupy a seat.
    • Travel is only permitted on the National Express East Coast service you are reserved on, and no break of journey is allowed except to change to/from connecting trains where these are shown on your ticket or itinerary.
Bookings are now open and will close at midnight on Tuesday 20 January 2009.
Travel between Tuesday 20 January and Friday 20 March 2009.
