Fix or buy new?

Hi hope someone can help me, not sure where to put this so feel free to move :o

A while back my daughter accidentally knocked our Wii console over and it stopped being able to read discs :( Its been put away ever since.

Well Ive come into a little bit of money and would love to get a Wii fit, but of course first need a functioning Wii!!

But question is, can I get it fixed? If so where would I go to get this done?
Also would it be worth fixing? Or would the cost mean it would be simpler to just buy it new?

Thank for any advice

  • Hi I would contact nintendo direct, I have had excellent customer service off the the 2x I have had to use them for my daughters DS Lite. She had a major accident the last time and they only charged me £53 to repair it and they guarantee all repairs for a year. They even sent me out a freepost label with a tracking reference to send it to them. All in all I am pretty happy with the service as I could not afford a new one. Give them a ring check out the number on the nintendo website. Hope this helps
