Dear XXXXXXX,
It was really great speaking with you last week, and I am delighted to confirm that we'd like you to take part in the Perfectil® Platinum trial. As I mentioned, we want to get the trial started this week, please can you reply to this email with the address you would like the product to be sent to.
I will then be sending out a letter with an SAE for you to sign and return directly to Vitabiotics declaring that:
- You are happy with them holding your contact details for the duration of the trial
- You have no known allergies that might interfere with your taking Perfectil® Platinum
- You are not taking any other vitamin and mineral supplements
- You are not currently on any course of treatment or medication or suffer from any medical conditions that could affect the outcome of the study
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
Once we’ve received this signed disclaimer back from you, Vitabiotics will send out your first month’s supply of Perfectil Platinum and we’re ready to go!
As you know, the most valuable part of the trial will be finding out how you are getting along week by week. We are giving each of you your own area at www.talkperfection.com to talk about your own experiences of the trial and to meet and talk to others taking part. I’ll send you details of how to access this in a couple of days. It's been great to see lots of you on the main site already.
