Hi miaoww, was there any money in it or any money owing on it?
If there was money owing, it would fall to the other person to pay anyway. If there was money in it then you may only have to state it was not yours and was the other persons wages etc
I don't think I would put it down, if you name is no longer on the account, it will not be searchable by the OR as an account in your name. and the actual bank will not be interested in closing the account because your name is no longer on it.
If the OR does query it, be honest and say it was no longer your account at the time of BR (which it is not) so you did not think that you had to declare it.BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0 -
If your name is off the account then its no longer yours and you don't need to mention it.

Hi Miaoww, mines came out at 38 pages each. I did do three copies but in the end my court only wanted one. it depends on the court as to how many you need. you could always print one now and then call the court in the morning and ask how many they need and then print more if need be.BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0
