Tax back on laundering uniforms????

I read a post on this before, thought I had saved it but cant find it.
Can anyone point me in the direction of
claiming tax for laundering uniforms, my daughter has also been told she can claim for shoes and tights does anyone know anything about this? She works for the NHS

Most nurses will be able to claim relief on £18 for shoes and tights, and £70 for laundering their uniform. Also releif can be claimed on subscription to the RCN. They can normally provide a form to be completed to claim this, or she can claim it by writing to her tax office.

Just thought I would add that you can also claim tax relief on your statutory fee to the NMC and you can back date your tax claim for up to six years if required.
