I need help chasing a prize

On 18th November I won a goodie bag from a Nat Geo Wild comp but the prize never showed up

I know prizes sometimes take a while to arrive but this has been ages now so I sent an email to the person who sent me the original WEM. It bounced. Sent it again. It bounced. Contacted National Geographic HQ, no reply. Does anyone have a contact email address for these people?

I wouldn't worry too much yet. I've won about 3 goodie bags for my grandsons from them in previous years and they have always arrived.

That's great, thank you. One of the contacts there was the person who I emailed the other day (from the same list) but they didn't reply. Guess I'll just go down the list until someone answers me:rotfl: .

The thing that bothered me was the fact that the original email address that was used to contact me in the first place does not seem to exist anymore. Made me wonder whether the person responsible for dishing out the prizes for that particular comp no longer works there or something...

It's possible the person who emailed you has changed jobs. One of the contacts should reach someone responsible for dishing out the prizes. Their goodie bags are amazing and definitely worth winning. Really good quality.

Well it's just as well I did chase this one!

I finally received a reply email from Nat Geo only to be told that they hadn't received my reply email containing my address so they had nowhere to send my prize! The (lovely) lady who emailed me back said they would send me a goodie bag out straight away (probably not the same as the one that I originally won but I don't mind) :T :T :T

The moral of the story is: if it's been a long time, chase it!

I was really patient (for me :rotfl: ). It's been over 2 whole months since I got the WEM. The tension has been immense :rotfl:
