Hi
I have a meeting with the OR on Friday and have prepared a draft of my SOA. Travelling includes my car which I need for work, and there are myself and 2 children at home

At a quick glance it looks fine to me. Holiday may be cut but leave and see. Also birthdays some allow and some don't but again leave and see.
What is other heating costs?
Am assuming your car insurance is fully comp and your house insurance includes accidental damage.Namaste DeeDee x0 -

What about water rates? I suggest you try and up what you can in case some things aren't allowed.
