    Hi PP....welcome Honey !!

I think the OR may inform the LL however if you are not in arrears or in front then does not seem to happen.

When you go BR then it is likely that the OR interview will be a week or so after that date so you will be in the new property anyway.

Make sure you get over to the` BR Jan 09` thread & `register` that you are BR this month.

To be honest George I don`t think with the volume of BR`s happening at the moment that the OR will make a big fuss.

Keep the receipt for your bond/rent payments etc ....the OR tends to only be interested if you are/or have been behind in the past.

I`m sure others will have further experience to share,

Good luck for the 30th !!

At the moment the OR interviews are likely to be 2-3 weeks after your petition. As you have already paid your deposit etc. and that will be your address there is a chance that the OR will tell your LL. You can ask him nicely not to but legally they have an obligation to tell them. Is there a bankruptcy clause in your tenancy agreement?
