Did not receive order Computer Supermarket.com says lost in post

I ordered a graphics card for £106 from Computer Supermarket.com on 8th December. They sent me a tracking number which was untraceable through Parcelforce.com. Nothing arrived so I sent an e-mail to computersupermarket.com last week and they said that the package had left them and they would chase up Parcelforce. I heard nothing for 1 week, so I have sent them another e-mail demanding a refund if they can't give me an adequate response within 48 hours.

BTW The tracking number still doesn't show up anything on ParcelForce - (did they actually send the parcel off?)

I feel really fed up about it - I think I've been conned.

Could I claim the money back from my credit card if I get nowhere

Yes you can - I would contact your credit card provider now and start the process.

Thanks - I sent my angry e-mail to them tonight - I'll wait and see until tomorrow - if its delaying tactics etc. or no response I'll ring the credit card company

Please be wary when buying we have not recieved a replacement or refund for a computer we returned in Sept 07!!! Any one got any ideas how to recover the cost, we are a small charity and they do not respond to our enotes or calls!!

How did you pay?
You may have to go down the small claims route if you think it worthwhile.
