The good news is we got offered our rental house today!!!!
We are moving in on the 31st January/ 1st February
Such a relief!!
Now the hard work begins!!

            Great news.....get packing & remember don`t use bin liners for packing clothes...it makes the clothes smell.....I have just moved & got loads of those freebee bags from charity shops ideal for packing !!!

 I am still paying mine....as at the moment am still responsible for the property. Until it hands over ( ie locks changed etc) it would be wise to continue.....obviously no need to cover contents.0

            yeah it was that one, in fact it was the only house we viewed!!
 In all honesty you no who your friends are when you need them, we needed a guarantor and without hesitation our friend offered. We didnt even ask her we were just talking to each other and she over heard.
