Bankruptcy

hi there i am just about to go bankrupt and was wondering what happens when i do my tax return, some one has told me that i don't have to pay it is that true.


if the bailiffs come can they take my sofa etc thanks

    Have you taken any advice from one of the free debt charities? You must do this first (someone will be along soon with the phone numbers).

    Any debts as at the debt of BR would be included, so that would include income tax.

    And your personal household possessions would be safe - unless you had something very valuable at home.

    hi thanks for that i have call then national dept line they reckon thats by best bet so just making sure of a few things
