I have just been informed that details of my Bankruptcy were published in our local paper last Friday.
Nothing strange about that - except that it is TWO YEARS AND THREE MONTHS AFTER MY BANKRUPTCY and TWENTY ONE MONTHS AFTER MY EARLY DISCHARGE.
Anyone beat that???

I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Are you sure it was a BR notice, or a notice to creditors that X pence in pound would be paid? They look the same on first glance.0

I have to admit that I have not, personally, seen the notice. It was read to me, over the phone, by a friend of mine. No mention of any 'dividend' or payment - just my details and Court Date.
I will, of course, be trying to get hold of a copy of the paper tomorrow and will double check.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
