    Hello there

There is some great advice on this board and I agree that this is a great place to be able to vent, rant, moan - whatever you need to do. It is good to get some support and some advice from people who have been / are going through what you are.

I know you aren't going out and this can make you very down. Is there any way of doing something sociable but in a free way - eg. going for a long walk in the country with a friend, having friends over and watching DVDs, it all depends on your interests really but there are ways of going out and being sociable that don't cost a fortune.

Also, is there anyway you can talk to your parents about this? It must be hard to live in the same house as them and keep this a secret? They must have noticed your change in moods and that you are down about something? It might be a relief to them them to know what is going on. However this is a personal issue for you to decide on but I know a lot of people on here who are parents have said they wished their children had told them about the debts they had incurred before it was too late to help them.

Anyway you are on the right track in addressing these problems and I wish you all the best in your journey.
