                    Hello There
I wonder if anyone can help me? I went bankrupt in March 2007 as I had a number of old debts going back right back to 2002. I was discharged from BR in August 07 and sent letters to all my creditors asking that they mark the accounts as settled and the balance as zero. My creditors have done this but I notice that there do not appear to be any default dates on the accounts and the date satisfied is not the date which the bankruptcy was discharged (they are infact 2003/2004 dates)
Does this mean that the amounts will remain on my credit file as they do not have default dates or will they automatically come off as they relate to old debts anyway? Does there have to be a default date in order for the debts to come off my credit file?
Hope that makes sense
Thanks for your help
