Has anybody any experience in a drawdown investment product 'Senior Life Settlements Investments (SLS)' run by 'Rockingham Retirement' which is offering a 10.25% return on a ten year investment?
I would be grateful of any advice prior to making a commitment

These came up once before. It was believed that it was a company spamming the forum trying to promote them.
They are classed as experienced investor products and high risk.
They are illiquid and have no capital guarantee (nor is the return if the underlying investments dont work as expected).
If you need to ask the question if they are suitable for you then there is a good chance that the product isnt as it is an experienced investor product.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -

You won't be able to get a return of that magnitude without engaging in a significant amount of risk !!!'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -

If your not a spammer ( suspect you are)
where did you get the info on the 10.25% return. IF it was their website I wouldnt take much notice as its full of out of date, inaccurate and even false information.0 -
Well I can assure you I'm not a spammer.
I have just reached 65 and my pension, state plus small private pension is pretty inadequate. The income from my savings like everybody's is falling. My financial adviser suggested a '5 for life' Investment bond from Scottish Equitable International returning 5% It was while researching this that I stumbled accross the SLS Investment.

Initially it was their web site obviously, but I received confirmation in the post this morning......which prompted my enquiry
