My h has finally got a job after 8 months off. He has been claiming JSA since July 2008, but has changed onto Income based last month and we moved house.
Are there any benefits for getting back to work? I've heard about the Job grant which is £100 if you have been claiming for 26 weeks which he has but dont know if the change over of address and quite frankly massive !!!! up by the Job centre (sorry thats another story!), I vaguley remember someone saying about something else?

Yes he'll get that.
Plus if you claim Housing Benefit, you'll get extended payment for another 4 weeks.0 -
What about loan parents going bck to work is it £250 ? When do we get this payment ?
