Would you still be able to claim what exactly?
I'm not sure what you are asking, you mention a credit card and then go on to talk about a loan?

You can claim back any charges that occurred during the last 6 years, further back than that you can't. Did you have PPI on the loan? You might be able to claim back that, but I'm not sure.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

It's a Subject Access Request, they have to give you copies of everything they hold on file about you, including all your past statements. From these you can work out how much you've paid in charges so you know how much to reclaim from them. It costs £10.
I'm not sure about the loan, I'd imagine that they could tell you but I don't know enough about it, I wasn't working when I took out my loans so I told them I didn't want it.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
