lm really sorry if this has been asked before but we have sent of requests to moorcroft for 4 cca's for different debts which are with them, their 12 +2 days were up about a week ago and we still have not had any of them, although they are still sending threatening letters to us about charging orders etc, etc.Can someone please explain what happens now, has this just bought us a bit of time or are we within our rights not to pay anything until we get the cca's.

Since they're in default you can now stop paying. And when 30+2 days are up you can report them, for all the good it does.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Thanks Ames for the quick reply, thats what we needed to know, yes l can imagine them bing really worried about being reported!!but at least we dont feel under so much pressure.
