Free pack of Waitrose cereal bars for Sky users

Waitrose are offering free packs of 5 healthy eating cereal bars during some commercial breaks by pressing the red button on Sky. You can request yours anytime by doing the following:
On your remote press interactive, then press 1 - Sky active, then go to the green a-z index, press 9 to go to w-z and leave your mailing details.

I tried to do this, but when I got to the bit about entering my address, it said I would be charged a local rate call... as I wasn't sure how long I would need to be on line for I declined.

I sent an email to

saying I could not get the SKY link to work and asked if they could send me some

The whole process took me less than 6 minutes to complete. I just hope that if and when they arrive I actually like them

Could not register through Sky as just got an error message to say that the Sky box could not connect so I have emailed them to see if they will send them out to me

Just got the following email reply from Waitrose customer service so the only way you will get the free cereal bars is through your Sky box

Thank you for your e-mail. Sorry to hear of the problems you are expereincing.

Unfortunately we are unable to send a voucher for the cereal bar as there are some terms and conditions contained on the interactive TV advert.

The campaign runs until 28th January so you still have a few days should you wish to try again.
