Hi , i will be declaring myself BR in the next few months , however Im doing a I.T degree with the open uni part time, for this I receive my course fees paid and a non repayable grant of £1050 every october from student finance wales because of my low income, will this:
be taken in to account when the OR calculates my income , and if so how?
also
I need internet access for the course , with it being IT it is of course required, so would I be allowed this in my expenditure?
or should i not mention it?

The grant shouldn't be touched and the internet should be allowed.
Good luck with your course.
