Child Tax Credit rebate - Time running out

This is addressed elsewhere on MSE, but I thought that the NI crew should be made aware of it.
you can still claim up unti the 31st jan 09
you are eligible to claim £520 if
you have a child born between 6 april 1986 and 5 april 2003
the child lived with you for all or part of 02/03
you worked and paid tax for all or part of 02/03
you or your partenr earned £6000 plus in the year 02/03
you are eligible for the £1040 allowance
if you can answer yes to the 4 questions above and
one of your childrne was born between 6 april 02 and 5 april 03
making the claim does not affect your current or future entitlement to working or chidl tax credits
your marital status is irrelevant
you cannot claim it twice if your final tax code on your april 03 p60 ended in a ha or a t you have already had it
you cna check by phoning your local tax department
all you need to do to claim is download the form CTC11
That's all I know, so contact your local tax office for more info.
