I placed 2 orders with SD, one arrived 2 days later, the 2nd order still says processing when I check order history. Luckily I got another one instore, but I left this order open as its the next size up to the one I managed to get although I'm not holding out much hope it'll turn up now. Im not going to waste my time calling them if thats the response you got, its not very good service to leave it stuck on processing when they offer 24 hr delivery and its been 2 weeks!

Just received an email to say part of my order has been cancelled as the supplier did not deliver or something so i phoned them and was told my sons top is out for delivery today although online my order still says IN PROCESS,

The lady on the phone said that as a gesture of goodwill she'll email me a free delivery code for my next order!!!!! ............. gesture of goodwill????? i've been waiting 2 weeks for something that should've come the next day and i certainly won't be ordering from them again.

I placed 2 orders with SPORTS DIRECT, jan 14th, one for boys home england shorts. (not received)
one for boys away england shorts & shirt (received only the shorts) shirt awaiting stock,
just phoned them and was told all out of stock and will not be getting any more.
I then went on to their web site and could still order the same items they said were out of stock. phoned again and complained.
Sounds like another company in trouble to me.

mine came quite quickly - 4 days or so. Had everything I ordered and a free huge mug as a complimentary gift

I will shop with them again :j
