Still liable years after going bankrupt

Does anyone know if crediters can come after someone who has gone bankrupt, if years later they have managed to sort themselves ou,t and have savings once again?:eek:

definatly not, as long as the debt was dated pre bankruptcy and was included they cant, although i do know they try!!! but its totally not legalself confessed 80's throwback:D

What happens if something is missed off the bankruptcy forms. I am pretty sure I have listed all, but have loads of creditors0

Doesn't matter. As long as it is from before the bankruptcy then it is covered.

Is this a new trick the creditors are using as i see this more and more on the board. So far i have only had a silly letter from Capital One just after BR.:cheesy: K2nga :cheesy:
