Just been into Tesco today and saw a 5pack of DVD+R discs for a pound. Seems a good deal to me if you only want a few blanks.

Also saw a load of other deals for a pound in the same section (has poundland come to Tesco??? lol). From what I remember there were all sorts hair bands, hair brushes, dish cloths, cdr discs and so on.

yeah we got some paints with sponges for our little one the other day, thought it was a bargain for a £1, also some mini screwdrivers

They were at the end of two aisles mainly in the household and electrical section of the store.

Just remembered there was a travel bottle thingy as well.

Just +R but there is also a section for 5 DVD-R's for £1.00.Not sure if it applies to all stores though.
