Redundant & Bankrupt!

Hey All,
I was made redundant nearly two years ago, and have since been discharged automatically. I still carry on to pay the monthly payments. I am to be made redundant in 4 weeks, and receive £850. Is this money mine to live on? Or do i surrender this or part of?
Personally speaking, i try to have minimal contact with the court since its happened, as i find it very convienient to pay once a month and nothing more is said.
Anyone been in a similar situation?

Hiya, I don't think they can take it all, I think it's the element in lieu of notice they can't take and maybe holiday pay owed, but not 100% sure.
The only problem is you will have to tell them about your redundance so the IPA can stop so they may ask whether you received any redundancy.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
Sorry, that should have read, 'I was made bankrupt nearly 2 years ago...'
But i think you got what i meantThanks for the reply, i just didn't think it fair for them to take what i might well have to live on!
