    Its not hard to picture the day when the only place to buy clothes, groceries, electricals and music will be in one of the big supermarkets - they are getting all the power.

    Thats the time we will see their prices edge-up as they capitalise on their absolute dominance.

    You say it as though they have cornered the market like a monopoly but then you say the only place to buy clothes, groceries, electricals and music will be in one of the big supermarkets.

    So it means they will still have competition because there is more than one.

    With the internet it is very easy to mass organise boycotts of places/businesses.

    We have a Morrisons opening near me this year.......competition at last for the worlds worst Tesco store (however bad yours is....mine is worse :mad: ) that we have.

    they have the best deals, unfortunately its always on the kind of branded stuff we just wouldn't buy anyway these days so we find asda cheaper. for our needs.
