Its a 2-way street.No employer wants to see Amy winehouse hair style at their reception. During telephone interview, you could get a pic of who you are chatting with might be discriminatory though.You can't keep a good man down...0

Worth stating that all government positions require photos to be given. If they could be done for it someone would have checked by now. They go a bit loopy with the old risk assessments. Had them for various Jobcentre ones and Home Office positions.
Personally I wouldn't worry but hey I'm very easy going

aldi used you ask for store jobs
when advertised in paper don't if they still do
recently when i checked their website where you can apply for jobs doesn't say anything just CV and COVER letter.
think lidl ask for it
