I was always dubious about TV comps as most of the time it is about the company making even more money from you than it is about giving viewers a real change to win ..erm, for want of a better word, game of chance. Ok so what's my point I hear you ask.

Ever since GMTV got done for fixing comps I have been a little more watchful about entering their bloody comps. As for the reasons mentioned above i.e. they are really a shallow money making exercise for them but using a premium rate number. What about the free web entry you say. Well have you used this silly thing? Where is the question. How do I pick an answer if I don't know what the question is????

So GMTV, clean up your act. You are all ready on a bad foot from the game fixing last year.

Am I wrong to expect this? More importantly has anyone ever won using the web entry form?

Your supposed to have watched the show to get the questions/answers which I presume is why they don't put them on the website. But the links are always posted here daily/regularly by the kind people that do watch them and share the answers with us.

Also, i have seen alot of people win money etc with GMTV/ITV from the free web entry in the 'i won i won' section where wins are posted.


I always enter the free way from the posts on here and not actually from watching. Havn't won yet but am encouraged to keep entering after seeing all the other winners of the ITV comps (it's not just gmtv, all the itv shows (ie Real Deal, Dancing on Ice, Goldenballs etc etc) also have the same web entry with no questions or answers.

the reason you not have the question on the website is cause you are meant to watch the show to get it.

The issue regarding the question is the same for all the ITV comps, not just GMTV.
They all have the standard a,b,c space but no answers.

I enter them all.
No high price call/text for me, so it doesn't do any harm, and you never know, one day, for all of 5 minutes effort, the call could come through.

Good luck :beer: "ITV win" is probably everyones most coveted prize on here. With so many ITV comps about hope we all get one eventually

I do watch some of the shows, but these guys are really quick.

I enter all the itv comps through the online entry form. I've never won anything big but I did once win some fridge magnets with Loose Women:rolleyes: . The girl who phoned me to say I'd won took great pleasure in taking as long as possible to tell me what I had won after she said I'd won an ITV competition!

And just to throw her and have the last laugh, I would have done the "OMG OMG OMG, a fridge magnet, just what I've always wanted", then I would have screamed some more and whooped etc etc and made her feel like a complete and utter t*w*a*t for trying to belittle me
